At AlloyArmor, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

1. Our 60-Day Return Guarantee

You may return your AlloyArmor™ product within 60 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Item must be in the same condition as received
  • Unworn, unused, and in original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase (order confirmation email or packing slip)

Items damaged due to misuse, missing parts (not our fault), or returned after 60 days will not be eligible.

3. How to Initiate a Return 

  1. Contact Us: Email Info@alloyarmor.store within 60 days. Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Use original packaging and include all accessories. Mark the RMA number clearly outside.
  4. Ship Your Item: Customers are responsible for return shipping. Use a trackable service; shipping fees are non-refundable.

Note: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

4. Refunds

  • Approved Refunds: Processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If not received within 15 business days, check with your bank first. If unresolved, email us at Info@alloyarmor.store

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at Info@alloyarmor.store with photos or a video of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
  • Items damaged from misuse are not eligible for refund or exchange.

6. Exchanges

We only replace defective or damaged items. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at Info@alloyarmor.store

7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without justification.

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. If unwanted, follow the return steps above.
